We focus on the markets where fast-casual has the most reach — major commuter cities, university towns, and tourist destinations where weekday lunch traffic is high enough to support a healthy mix of independent and chain operators.

If your city isn't here yet, we're probably already working on it. We add new cities as we expand our editorial coverage, and prioritize the metros where readers tell us they want better fast-casual recommendations. You can request a new city or suggest restaurants we should add to an existing one.
